RRGroup Event Rentals was born in 2015 out of a passion for helping others. We had the opportunity to start working in the events business in 2012 and later established our family-owned company to provide event related equipment rentals and services. We work to make our client's most important events as memorable and enjoyable as possible and have built strong relationships with our customers over the years. Creativity, presentation and customization are our specialty - we are flexible and highly accommodating to each client's unique needs and preferences. Services

We rent a wide array of equipment necessary for any event. In addition, we help with any event planning needs including hiring waitstaff, finding catering and setting up decorations. We have experience managing all types of events including themed parties, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings as well as corporate celebrations. No event is too large or too small.

Our collection of rentals includes tables, chairs, decorations, furniture, dinnerware including china, silverware, glassware, a variety of table linens, overlays, toppers, runners, chair covers and sashes. The selections of linens are made from the finest cottons, satins, organza, and taffeta fabrics on the market. We also create custom graphics and stationary.

Our services are offered throughout Houston but we are located in Katy area. We strive to help our clients in any possible way - we partner with many service providers who can help make your event memorable including caters, bakers, waiters, bar tenders, musicians, make-up artists, DJs, photographers and videographers. We can help you find just what you need!
